Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr55 ("pkr55", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing pkr55 through any device or browser, creating a pkr55 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the pkr55 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of pkr55 regardless of their location, device, or the specific service being accessed. Where specific products or promotions carry additional terms, those additional terms are supplementary to — and not a replacement for — these general Terms.

pkr55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at pkr55.pro/terms-conditions.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or place any wager on pkr55. This age restriction is enforced without exception. pkr55 takes the protection of minors seriously and employs age verification checks at multiple stages of the registration and withdrawal process.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pkr55 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. pkr55 uses IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, payment method tracking, and personal identification data to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are identified:

• All associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
• Any bonuses or promotional winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be void.
• The player's primary account may be permanently closed at pkr55's sole discretion.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration and to update your pkr55 account details promptly if your information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before registering with pkr55. pkr55 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that access to or use of the pkr55 platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access pkr55 in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

pkr55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive a request for your pkr55 password from any source, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

All activity carried out using your pkr55 account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your pkr55 account, you must notify pkr55 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

pkr55 is obligated under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on player accounts. KYC checks may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon request for a bonus, or at any time pkr55 deems necessary for fraud prevention, money laundering prevention, or regulatory compliance.

4.1 Documents Required

pkr55 may request any or all of the following documents during a KYC review:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash / EasyPaisa wallet, bank statement, or crypto wallet address confirmation)
• Source of funds declaration for high-value accounts

4.2 Verification Timeline

pkr55 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC. Deposits and gameplay are generally not affected during routine KYC review unless a specific flag has been raised on the account.

4.3 Failure to Complete KYC

If a player fails to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe, pkr55 reserves the right to restrict or close the account and return the player's deposit balance (net of any bonuses) to the original payment method. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful KYC completion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkr55 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, retail cash, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your verified location and account status. pkr55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits to your pkr55 account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for review. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from pkr55 are processed to verified payment methods only. You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• USDT TRC20 / Bitcoin: Typically processed within minutes after security review.
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 1–2 hours during business hours.
• Bank Transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Allied): Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• SadaPay: Typically processed within 1–2 hours during business hours.

pkr55 does not guarantee processing times and reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review, KYC purposes, or suspected fraud. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak PSL season or major sporting events may experience slightly extended processing times.

5.4 Fees

pkr55 does not charge internal deposit or withdrawal fees. However, third-party fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or blockchain networks are not within pkr55's control and are borne by the player. Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees vary by network congestion at the time of transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkr55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All pkr55 bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to your pkr55 account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus — or any winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, game contribution rates, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry timeframe are specified in each promotion's individual terms page.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

pkr55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players is abusing the pkr55 bonus system. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: exploiting technical errors, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and coordinated play between accounts.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each player is eligible for each specific pkr55 promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring or ongoing. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts or payment methods is considered bonus fraud and will result in account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on pkr55 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before participating.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

pkr55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets may be refused or voided in the event of: system errors displaying incorrect odds; clear pricing errors; evidence of match manipulation; bets placed after an event has commenced (where live betting is not available); or any other circumstance where pkr55 reasonably determines that the integrity of the bet is compromised.

7.2 Cricket Betting Specifics

Given the significance of cricket — particularly PSL and international matches — to our Pakistani player base, pkr55 applies additional scrutiny to large cricket bets. In the event of match abandonment, the applicable settlement rules for each market are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. pkr55 follows internationally accepted cricket match settlement standards.

7.3 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games available on pkr55 are supplied by certified third-party game studios and are tested for randomness and fairness by independent auditing bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. pkr55 does not modify game mechanics or RTP rates applied by the certified studios.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr55 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the pkr55 platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud pkr55 or other players through collusion, cheating, or any other deceptive means.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the pkr55 platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the pkr55 platform for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using pkr55 to process proceeds of crime.
• Registering with false identity information or using another person's identity.
• Creating duplicate accounts for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkr55 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the pkr55 platform.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr55 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pkr55 platform without prior written consent from pkr55.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pkr55 platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of betting opportunities.

pkr55 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pkr55's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events) may affect platform availability. pkr55 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

In any event, pkr55's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr55 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

pkr55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the pkr55 Privacy Policy.

pkr55 collects personal data including but not limited to: name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay activity data. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the pkr55 platform experience. pkr55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

pkr55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, pkr55 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address on their account or via a prominent on-platform banner notification.

Your continued use of the pkr55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pkr55 and may request account closure by contacting our support team. You will receive your remaining real-money balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements) upon account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr55 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the pkr55 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated under pkr55's gaming license. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against pkr55 to the fullest extent permitted by law.

pkr55 shall use its best efforts to resolve any legitimate player complaint within 10 business days of receipt. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the pkr55 support team in the first instance.
